A Relaxed & Interactive Musical Theatre performance is a fantastic option for the younger theatre audience, creating a great immersive theatre experience for families. Imajica Theatre specialise in creating wonderful interactive production's that ignite the imaginative mind and take audiences into magical words where anything is possible.
So what is Relaxed Theatre?
Audiences watching our shows will benefit from soft house lighting throughout the performance, lower sound levels for more sensitive ears and a relaxed attitude to noise and movement during the performance.
What is an immersive theatre performance?
Immersive theatre removes the barriers from stage to audience, we actively encourage audiences to participate and get involved by asking the audience questions, inviting you to sing along and join in our easy to follow dance routines. All of our performances include elements of audience participation.
Written with the younger audience in mind
Imajica Theatre productions are filled with friendly characters, dressed in beautiful costuming. By using positive language, delivered in age-appropriate way we connect and engages with audiences of all ages.
A Multi-sensory approach to Theatre
Those with additional sensory processing needs are welcome to all of our shows and we are currently working on introducing BSL (British sign language) elements  and the use of an Interpreter into our performances.
Theatre in Education Workshop Programme
We offer an exciting workshop programme themed to each of our productions  to explore topics covered in more detail. Our cross curriculum delivery supports key stage 1 and 2  of the national curriculum and we are Artsmark partners too so can help you along this journey.
