Imajica Theatre have partnered with First Garden City Homes and North Herts District Council to bring you an exciting Wellbeing project, created for Families with young people 3-5 years. We also welcome SEN families and also those who are home educating their children to come and join in 6 fun and interactive wellbeing sessions. |
The sessions are being offered free of charge as funded by a grant from the National Lottery Community fund and by local funding from First Garden City Homes and North Herts Council.
The sessions include an Interactive musical storytelling adventure filled with dancing, singing, mindfulness and BSL signing (SSE). There are also an immersive wellbeing workshops and a fun with food workshop at the end of each session followed by lunch.
You can choose to attend an individual session or you can attend the whole 6 session. Just use the booking link below to secure you place as we need to confirm the lunch arrangements in advance to ensure we can cater for all who attend.
Half term Session for 3-10 years
Imajica Theatre have partnered with Love Letchworth and the Letchworth Heritage Foundation to provide 2 days of Interactive Wellbeing sessions on Wednesday and Thursday in the October Half term. We are turning one of the vacant shops in the Archade into a community wellbeing hub. We are inviting 10 familes to come and join us for some wellbeing fun, including interactive musical storytelling, alongside wellbeing and mindful activities. We are also offer an interactive family sound bath experience.
We are introducing participants to gentle yoga, breath work, meditation, journaling, using affirmation cards and other simple practices to help you get through those days when things seem a bit overwhelming.
These session are aimed at families with children aged 3 to 10 years. They are very interactive and a great opportunity to develop some great self help practices for your health and wellbeing.
