Once upon a time Beatrice bee only had to fly a few moments from the hive to collect nectar and would have legs covered in pollen in no time! Now she has to fly further away and work longer days which leaves her no time to have fun flower hopping with her best friend Belinda Butterfly.
Learn all about the honey bees in this magical musical tale, explore how and why they make honey and how important it is that we plant more bee friendly herbs and flowers in our gardens before it's too late!
Our productions are filled with positive parodies of well known pop songs including Don't worry, bee happy, It's all about the Honey, Give the Bee's a chance, lovely flowers and The World we love!

Musical Theatre Performances
The Imajica Team will transform your school hall into a theatre for the day with our magical woodland set, lighting and sound and PA Equipment.
We offer 2 relaxed theatre performances within the school day and we welcome pupils with SEN needs to participate in a meet and greet session. We can also provide a visual story to support the performance for SEN pupils. Our relaxed theatre productions are 1 hour in duration and benefit from an age-appropriate delivery, reduce sound levels and soft lighting. The actors on stage actively engage with the audience, welcoming questions & there are many opportunities for audience participation.

Cross-Curriculum Workshop Programme
Imajica Theatre Company follow on workshops are filled with singing, dancing and drama games while learning more about the environment. Our cross-curriculum delivery is designed to be fun, informative and nurture creative minds.
The workshops are led by our professional actors and include both vocal and dance warm ups, and opportunities for child-led learning. We provide a pre-visit and a follow on education resource pack for teachers. A Bee workshop includes a selection of activities such as: Hive and Forest - a drama game to build characterisation. Woodland Statues - musical statues drama game. Twizzle and Twirl - lean a woodland choreography. Waggle Dance - Learn how the Hive forms & flower names. The Busy Honey Bee - An imagination based song based game. |
Outdoor Theatre Performances

Imajica Theatre touring productions can be performed anywhere via our show tent, we specalise in outdoor theatre, bringing our production into the community. All that we need is access to electricity.
We can provide a show tent for outdoor performances and can adapt out set for any space. Our shows can consist of 3 to 6 actors to allow us to offer a performance to suit your budget and we are self-contained, so set up, organise our audiences and clear away independently.
We provide a set and bring along our own PA system and sound tech or we can also perform on a stage working with your stage crew. Our interactive cast are always available for photo opportunities post performance and are happy to chat to our younger audiences who always like meeting the characters after the show.
