Weekly Yoga & Wellbeing for Women

Monday 11am - 12.15pm

£8 per Class

Venue: Scouts DHQ 141 Ickneild Way, LGC, SG6 4AD


This session is created to provide a safe space for women to connect, feel valued & look after their wellbeing. The session includes Wellbeing, Yoga, Breathwork, mindfulness & we have a calm room too for those who would benefit for a space if feeling overwhelmed. There will also be an element of sound healing in all the sessions with the use of Chaka Singing bowls and a lovely guided relaxation at the end.


We can provide a session guide for anyone who would benefit from this as we realise anxiety & unfamiliar surrounding can be a barrier to accessing groups.


If we can support you in any other way do let us know, as we can also offer 1-2-1 sessions as well.

Our SEND learners engaged so well with the various instruments and were visibly calmer during the singing. Our mainstream learners also responded well during the relaxation session and even those who find it difficult to be still, managed to relax with the help of the calming sounds and music.
