Wednesday Evenings: Chakra Bellydance Class
Time: 7.15pm to 8.15pm
Fees £10 per class (paid in monthly blocks)

Wednesday is Women's Night with Imajica Theatre, we run a Chakra Bellydance group followed by our amaizing Voice for Women's singing group.
All abilities are welcome!
All you need is the desire to dance and have fun!
Led by dance coach & choreographer Samantha Hough we learn how to belly dance and balance our Chakra too!
each session includes:
A warm up/ Shake Off - learn how to shake off the negative energy we store within our bodies.
Bellydance Skills - Learn how to bellydance exploring a range of styles & movements. Modern Bellydance draws from many different dance styles including flamenco, French, American, European, Egyptian, Turkish & Indian cultures.
Chakra cleansing movements, bellydance is a great way to connect with the Chakras in your body. Dancing from the inside out, unblocking stuck or slow spinning chakras and exploring breathwork and dance together to aid in looking after your mental health and wellbeing.
Learn a Choreography - learn a dance routine to a fun and lively music, that soon has you tapping your feet, smiling and having fun. Our choreographies explore musicality, expression & personality
Would you like to perform?
There is no requirement to perform to join the group but we run 2 Voice for Women Showcase evenings a year where you have the opportunity to perform if you wish. No one is pushed into performing until they feel ready or want to do so!
Other Options:
Weekly Women's Yoga & wellbeing class - Monday's 11am
Monthly Women's circle & Soundbath - Friday/ Saturday evenings (once a month)
Voice for Women's Singing group (after Bellydance on weds)
