Weekly Spicy Yoga & Wellbeing Class
Monday 1.15pm - 2.15 pm Class
This session is for young people 5-16 years. We learn well when we are with people of all ages & this session is for those who would benefit from a fun & friendly wellbeing session. We welcome home schoolers, those who currently attend school part time. SEN & Neurodivergent people are welcome to all of our sessions. Parents & carers are welcome to stay, we always advise this initially to create confidence in attending.
Our session includes Wellbeing, Yoga, Breathwork, mindfulness & we have a calm room too for those who would benefit for a space if feeling overwhelmed.
We can provide a session guide for anyone who would benefit from this as we realise anxiety & unfamiliar surrounding can be a barrier to accessing groups.
If we can support you in any other way do let us know, as we can also offer 1-2-1 sessions as well.
